Hi everybody!
I'd like to find a manga I read some time ago, and of course I don't remember the title...
It's about this girl, common in every way, nobody cares for her and she's alone at school; then suddenly a guy that wants to "protect her from death" appears, claiming he's come from the future knowing her fate and trying to avoid it. He's kind of a psycho, he's got blue hair and glasses (i think). The girl's got long, black hair. The ones who supposedly want her death are named after birds, and they're in the same school as her without her knowing.

So, yeah, also, I'd really like to read a manga with a guy yandere in it, preferably one of the protagonists. It can be yaoi, shoujo, shonen, whatever manga it may be. (I like yaoi with yanderes :$)
Please help me find some!

Hm... I'm still not quite used to the term, but I think Yoshino from Oujitachi wa Izonsuru applies. Most people like Tsubaski, but I really like Yoshino 'cause he's surprisingly manipulative (and has a very subtle ruthlessness to him).



Kinda messed up, but I like stories like that.

I'm having a hard time coming up with yandere guys. I'm much more familiar with crazy obsessive lover types, hahaha.

Thx weihan123, I know Black Cat and it's an amazing manga/anime! I'll check out Itsuwaribito utsuho.

Also I've discovered Scarlet (MADARAMA Hiro), it's such a good story! I loved it, but don't check it out if you dislike yaoi, and of course, abuse (the violence moment is short but extreme, it really surprised me! But hey, I'm a sadist so I liked it.)

Have you read any works by Ogawa Chise (yaoi pen name of Takagi Shigeyoshi)?

Ouji no Hakoniwa (yaoi) - Yuzuru returns to his old home to meet his family's former butler, who has since become an extremely successful man. The niceness part is pretty brief, but the crazy comes out pretty clearly.

A lot of her works contain mentally unstable characters (extremely possessive!), but I think only the above has the seme gentle at times.

Oh, and I guess Cheese in the Trap also fits to an extent (perhaps a bit milder to the normal yandere types). He's more of the manipulative type. You see traces of his dark side here and there. It actually unnerves the heroine when he's nice to her at the start of the manhwa since she has had past experiences with him where he's not so nice. Unfortunately, the romance is paaaaainfully slow. I feel that it's only toward the more recently scanlated chapters that the possessive side of the main love interest really comes to the fore. (I like it when controlling characters lose their cool.)

Oh yeah, I also like when they can't continue acting cool and all that... I like when they break...
