Better late than never right? But wow, I gotta say it's been a long time since I had so many series I'm actually looking forward to just in one season.

I'm watching 14 things this season laugh

I'm a bit lazy though. I can see myself falling behind fast.

I just got back into anime this month~

Kill la kill is my standout favourite. Love the art, characters, humor and how fast paced it is.

Pokemon Origins is a must watch for fans of the games. Forever waiting for proper fansubs though.

Kyoukai no Kanata - I wasn't really feeling the first ep but I quite enjoyed the 2nd. The thing I dislike most is probably the female lead. I'm reeeallly not into the cute, ditzy girl stereotype.

Meganebu I was quite disappointed in. Not as fun as I thought it'd be and the characters were kinda bleh.

Golden time seems alright. Forgot I wasn't really into romance/yanderes though so I 'm not gonna keep watching it.

Walkure Romanze - typical ecchi harem

Gingitsune - typical cute supernatural series

I'll probably check out Samurai Flamenco and Koroshiya-san too, unless I get too absorbed in Pokemon Y and forget...

Non Non Biyori and Arpeggio of Blue Steel I'm watching cause I read the manga.
Non Non Biyori is really great, definitely one of the better Iyashikei series in quite a long time. Arpeggio of Blue Steel is still hard to judge, but then again so is the manga.

Gingitsune seems sorta cliched, but I still like it. Especially how the fox guy is neither cute nor handsome like in most similar series, but a freakin' beast of a man-fox.

Not really interested in anything else so far, but I didn't really watch much in recent seasons anyways, so it's okay.

Really a lot of sequels though this season imo.

Only thing I'm looking forward to is the new Madoka Magica movie, which I'll hopefully be able to watch in theatres soon.

Following 22 series so far (and dropped 5), probably gonna drop a bit of them after third episode. So far Arpeggio and Coppelion are the two "serious" series I'm liking the most, while Noukome and Outbreak Company the funniest ones. Still there are definitely no masterpieces at the horizon for this season, unless something unexpected happens. Also Nagi no Asakura and Kill la Kill two good surprises, anything else range from meh to decent. Oh, and there is Magi 2, I liked Magi 1st season.

Among the dropped ones, Blazblue and Sekai de Ichiban Tsuyoku Naritai! the worst ones. Dropped Non Non Biyori due to being the same boring moe show and Samurai Flamenco. I'm kinda disappointed by NoitaminA nowadays, Samurai Flamenco totally sucked imho, while the other show Galilei Donna is only decent.

Shows first/second episode impressions

Kill La Kill, First episode was great gainax, second episode was...more focused on fanservice on rather meh looking girls I couldn't care less about. had that whole 'stripped of the will to fight' with the defeated being naked and unconscious which I guess is a fetish I don't have even though I played skyrim. which is what it reminded me of actually. people playing an elder scrolls game beat people then take their clothes if they are valueable and that leaves naked people on the ground.

which just disturbs people. especially with those better female bodies mods where you are killing them and then they are naked like you got some necrophilia fetish going on.

anyways moving on. Arpeggio, Blaz blue, Dropped. first felt phoned in, and second I had no idea what I was watching.

Copellion, genetically engineered super soldiers who are school girls in a dystopian future. and we get this? its not something I'm really enjoying Could see watching it if I was in the mood but eh.

Galilei Donna - oddly its not sure the studio but its like steampunk mecha with girls. did not like the talking but it was half action so that part was good.

Gingitsune, Gundam Build Fighters dropped. first seemed to be Girl with esper powers being different and fitting in moe bulls*** and the other being the next step in gundam decline.

Golden Time has potential. its a harem but the chicks don't like the MC at least not the main one. his friend could get laid and that makes it leagues better. nobody really likes watching a race where only one guy is running.

IS: Infinite Stratos 2 - Something I watch because the OT board hates it, probably nothing special, new girl reminds me of Sen from Bento so I think I'll watch it for her.

Valvrave is also a sequel I'll probably watch as these things tend to get better in the second half.

Kyoukai no Kanata - Moe girl and a half demon man slay demons in Tokyo or something. mainly for the moe glasses girl I guess. might have potential.

Log Horizon trapped in MMO anime, potential. no major plotholes yet, but no real plot yet either. two dudes and a dude who was a chick, so its not a super harem yet.

Magi second season etc. hoping for more giant blue ladies.

Ore no Nounai Sentakushi ga, Gakuen Love Comedy wo Zenryoku de Jama Shiteiru - god that's a long name. its got girls in silly hats and therefore its got potential.

Outbreak Company - had potential but I'm not feeling it, in a weaker season I'd watch it to see what it does, but I don't think i'll have time.

Samurai Flamenco - meh. guy wants to be a super hero and he puts on a suit and goes harassing jaywalkers and idle mobs of youngsters and get beat up a lot. not feeling it.

Sekai de Ichiban Tsuyoku Naritai! - Idol turned female wrestler, first episode was all holds and moans probably dropping.

Strike the Blood - Crisp feel somewhat standard story WITH VAMPIRES, two episodes in, hasn't done that much yet. but its more enjoyable than other crap I got on my list so theres that.

Tokyo Ravens - watched the first episode and honestly don't remember it. forgettable.

Walkure Romanze - apparently harem lead was a jousting knight to pick up chicks, got injured so he decided to train his horse to molest chicks to allow him to save them. its a jousting harem where the MC is a desirable coach. despite being a fully functional male, probably a standard plot but yeah. I liked it.

Yowamushi Pedal - hard working guy losing out to the idiot who doesn't know its supposed to be hard.
he trains hard, the idiot doesn't the idiot just does twice the workload because he feels like it.

Yuusha ni Narenakatta Ore wa Shibushibu Shuushoku wo Ketsui Shimashita.- Similar to demon lord is a part timer except gender reversal and its his daughter. Hero and demon lord pairing, demon lord chick is raised by wolves moe.

unbreakable machine doll might glance at if I have time.

There really is a lot to watch and look forward to this season, new stuff and sequels alike. Seems like my backlog from past seasons is not going to decrease any time soon...

Fully agree, a great watch and also somewhat nostalgic. The main series should have been like this.
