I can't think of any titles where the lead actually uses their modern knowledge as extensively as Jin but...

There's Feng Yu Jiu Tian. It's a yaoi title BTW. The lead basically has the edge on war strategies/politics/philosophy, agricultural innovations, and math. Too bad the scanlated manhua's not that far along. I've read the novel to volume 3-4, and it's not really till the later volumes of Feng Yu Jiu Tian (novel) where he's flexing his modern knowledge more. I found the math parts particularly funny.

Even though I picked up this title for the smex, I honestly think it's pretty good without it.

I really like this theme. Hopefully there's more recommendations. Especially yaoi/josei/shoujo ones!

Amakusa 1637 - Knowledge of history (I didn't get that far in this manga though. I got bored.)
Ouke no Monshou - Making clean drinking water and some other stuff that I can't remember. (I didn't like this one though. Too old school and cliche for my liking.)
