I forgot the title of a manga I read last year-ish

What I remember:
-It was definitely josei
-Pretty female lead who tries to open up a nail salon
-The possible love interests were a computer programmer(?) who used to be her underclassman and a doctor in his 40's/50's. She seemed to fall for the doctor
-The doctor had scars on his hands, I think
-The art was very airy and sparkly at times, I think it was like a mix between Kuragehime and Oboreru Knife
-She works as a nurse
