If I've watched the Anime, where should I continue in the light novel?

I think the anime only covers the Grand Punk Railroad volumes.

The anime covers a TINY speck of Rolling Bootleggers and Grand Punk Railroad (Local edition), and a few random chapters from other books thrown together.
Even if you watched the anime, start at the beginning and read all the novels. While most of what was shown was reasonably faithful to the source material, they left out A LOT of stuff. And most of it was actually fairly important.
