The only thing I can think of is Usotsuki Lily in which the main guy hates men. But it's really a gag manga.

Um... the only one that comes to mind is the one-shot "Dangerous Love Triangle" from Pink no Idenshi. Cutesy boy pretends to be afraid of guys to snag chicks. Yeah, probably not what you're looking for, but it's hilarious.

Um, Danshi ing Girl! is a girl who's afraid of guys gets body swapped with a guy. (>_<) Closest thing I've found.
