Yeah, just the Sun,
Like it Or Not??

Me, I really really hate it, it just makes me feel lethargic, and kinda hurts my eyes, lol..
Not that I really see the sun though, I only go out during the day when I feel like eating Lunch, other than that, nah...

You can‘t even invite me to hangout/go outside during the Day, unless its cloudy or I really want to go..
And there was this one time, that my family invited me to Lunch at a buffet, I was really tempted and asked if it could be made to be dinner, it couldn‘t, so I refused, lol...That‘s how much I hate it...

Yah, I‘m a night(only) person...

And, please no Scientific comments on the sun, just your thoughts on it minus the scientific craps...

I don't care for the sun too much, it gives me migraines. I also hate hate hate hot weather. I'd much rather it be pouring rain than bright and sunny.

As for the day, I do prefer doing stuff in the day than the night. I do stuff on my own at night but I don't wanna go out and do stuff with friends at night. Unfortunately, my friends all want to do stuff at night.

I love a sunny day. It makes me want to stay outside and enjoy the outdoors. Also, it's quite nice to just bask in the light on a somewhat chilly day.

My thoughts about the sun vary from season to season. If its winter or spring I love to go outside and bask in the sunlight. I hate the sun during the summers because the temperature reaches around 40-45ºC (104-113ºF) where I live. The heat kills me and I feel woozy on exposure. During monsoon, the sun usually doesn't make an appearance. So no thoughts about it at that time.

There are a few reasons why the sun makes one feel lethargic/sleepy.

One reason is that your body gets tired from having to cool itself down in the heat due to the sudden change of temperature that you're not used to (since you like the darkness) ie. spending more energy than you're used to.

To stop itself from getting more heated, the body begins to "shut down" to reduce any further physical activity and thus, making you feel tired.

The sun/sunlight is important for the body to stay healthy. It provides life and energy to the world. So no, I don't hate the sun. I do, however, hate hot days.

I like it in winter when it's the only thing that can warm me up. Hot weather, on the other hand, is terribly annoying, especially if it's humid as well -_- Going outside of my house is not a problem for me but I'm always wearing sunglasses and hats. It definitely nice to finally see the sun after days of rainy weather. Also seeing the sun rise in the morning is spectacular.

Ohhh?? Expected as much,
I Really really added that, No to Scientific Craps because of a certain someone(in which I wouldn‘t be naming), a Certain someone who just Oh so Love giving other people their witty remarks,
Even though others don‘t care on what that Person thinks, ^~^

I‘m still not naming that Certain Someone though..

If you don't care about what someone says, why make a deal of it by saying no science? Take your individual problems up with the relevant party.

Having lived in California, I have grown an aversion to the sun due to how hot it gets. I'm fine with it if it's not too hot, but I have a more nocturnal lifestyle because of my experience. I have to compensate my lifestyle with vitamin D supplement because I am not getting too enough sun for my body to produce it naturally though. So overall, sun is fine, just not when there's too much of it and it gets too hot.

This is my absolute favorite post in the world LOL. But seriously, I agree with that top part!

I love the sun especially on cold, wintery days! I don't like Sundays though. ):

Uhm, best post I‘ve got so far, and thank you for this..
I have completely forgotten that people get Vitamin D from the sun, now I‘m considering buying supplements just like you do..
If only I could wake up at around 9am and bask in the sun for 30 mins and still be able to go back to sleep afterwards..
Need to drink some milk first before doing so, hope yogurt would suffice..

I live in equator line, so the sun plays a big part in my life (well, every living being life's actually). I hate it when the temperature is too hot, but without it, ice cream wouldn't become as tasty. So, I love the sun, I guess? biggrin
