I was often mistenken in younth. From 7 to 12 years, to be correct. In this ages I had beautifull face, big deep black eyes(yes, yes, almost like girl has in anime). Almost everyone said "Oh, such a pritty girl" It was driven me crazy.

But now nobody mistake with my gender)

If I was mistaken for a female, the people must be blind and I look like one ugly.....but people always thing I'm older then I am because of my facial hair.

One of my boys was, this summer. The guy in the shop saw him from behind & said "may I help you ma'am?" and then when he turned around "oh...may I help you, sir?". Long hair can be very misleading, but the mustache told the truth~ laugh

I wish. I've tried really hard to drag passably, but no one ever mistakes me for a guy. No matter how much I masculinize my outfit and hairstyle, something give me right away. I'm not curvy or ridiculously feminine-looking, either. I think I just need more practice.

yess im a girl and i was mistaken for a guy. And it is not as flattering as you'd think (especially with all the gender-bender mangas with these beautiful girls that pass off as guys.) smile wink grin

It never happened to me in reality or on the web though I feel sorry for those who HAVE experienced this.

Yes, a few times and a long time ago, when I used to look like this:

I'm the one with a red arrow pointing to me

Same as above

Now I look like this, so I'm pretty sure it won't happen again.

PS: there's around 6 years of difference between the first 2 pics and the last one

I've never been mistaken for the opposite gender, but my siblings have. I often mistake them for each other, because my brother grew his hair long and my sister's hair is about the same length as his.

Oh, and one time, we went to my sister's guitar recital of some sort, and my brother was mistaken for a girl... big time.

Never been mistaken for a boy in real life.

On WoW and Halo and C.O.D. I have been mistaken for a guy several(even though I was a female nightelf hunter...but then again women on the internet are a myth; or so my friends claim)

well..i have often mistaken for a boy when my friends mention my name to their parents...they think that im a guy...cause i dont like it when people call me with my full name...so they just call me by my initials which is C.J. <ooohh...did i just wrote some personal info their??>

but when they hear my voice they would be reassured that i really am a girl...and i look like a girl...<i think> none
