I'd like to read a series where the protagonist is a middle-aged man that quits his job to pursue his dreams or something like that. (I need inspiration for my real life)

I read Uchuu Kyoudai already (stuff before crunchyroll) and I really love it. I read at least one more series like that but I forgot it's title (not important). I really love that kind of story and that's what I need right now.

It's also okay if he simply lost his job, but I'd prefer if he took the decision himself (not 100% needed).

PS: I don't mind if it's a woman either, as long as it's that kind of story.

Any suggestions?

The best one I can think of is I'll Give It My All...Tomorrow. You might try searching through likely tags like Midlife Crisis, Dream Job, or Lifestyle Change, and filter out genres you don't want.

Ii Hito - This may not fit what you're looking for but it does have the element of leaving things behind to pursue your dreams.

Thanks I'll check these tags and series.

If anyone has more recommendation, I'll keep an eye on the topic! ^_^

What if the thing isn't their dream initially but becomes something they aspire to become after a bit?

Maybe Saikyou Densetsu Kurosawa. I've only read the beginning, but I think it can fit somewhat.

Cloudsora: Might be okay, depends of the context.

And as for Kurosawa, already read it. ^_^

Thanks!! I'll do my best! Still scary to leave your job. hehe

Btw, when I say middle-aged man, from like around 27 and up is old enough. Some people live that part of their life younger than others. Age doesn't really matter, but what he's living.

Actually, yeah, after reading the description it seems to fit what I'm looking for! One question: Is the last volume really not translated? Why? ;S Just a slow translation, or the group dropped it?

I would go for slow releases now, compared to earlier releases.
