There's a mange out there in the sea of series that's about a boy that falls for a girl that has Multiple Personalities because of an accident when test a video game her mother made. Her personalities are all characters from the game and they come out at random times. He has to keep the school and everyone from finding out.

Ultimately I believe the second volume of this series is a completely different story about a boy that turns into a girl at random and he gets close to his crush like that.
