I'm looking for a manga and the only story I can remember from it is of a young cook working at a restaurant.

He normally cooks really well but one time accidentally messes up a food and when his coworker/boss tastes it, they make a very erotic distressed face which makes the cook want to keep messing up more and more. At some point he realizes he likes getting punished for his stupid mistakes too and even goes so far as to ask his boss to step on his face.

That's about all I can remember, any help on finding the title would be super appreciated!
