I just finished reading Akudama and found myself craving to read similar works.

Sorta happy endings, kinda messed up, sloppy love story's with misunderstandings and whatnot that bring about feels.

Citrus (Saburouta) - angsty ongoing with drama, very shoujo-ish
Octave - drama and adult issues sorta happy end
Girl friends - sloooow romance with misunderstandings. happy end
Ebisu-san and Hotei-san - angsty misunderstandings and ambiguous but more obvious than not happy end
Blue Friend - shoujo drama with a tense atmosphere
Lonely Wolf Lonely Sheep - yanderes

Akiyama-kun might be what you want.

Udagawachou de Mattete yo. - messed-up love, gender bender, yaoi.
Second Akiyama-kun, you won't regret it <3
