I was wondering if there were a lot of differences between the ouran high school host club manga and the anime. I really enjoyed the anime and wish it would've gone on longer! does the manga continue where the anime leaves off or no?
thanks. ^_^

First off, this should be in the Ouran section
The anime made it's own ending, and if you chacked the ouran info page it already says the anime diverges from the manga at the end of volume 9

According to some of the brief reviews/comments, people that watched the anime and also read the manga (probably in that order...) said that the manga tended to have a bit more substance. I guess it helps that the manga is still going when at least the first anime season had to wrap up. Although I heard that Furuba dragged towards the end.
This is more what I'm summarizing from a few other people since I've only just finished watching the first episode of the anime.

me too ^^.. at first i prefered the anime to the manga but as you proceed you see the story kinda twists.. few of the episodes in the anime are not even mentioned in the manga which i'm am really disppointed of since i would have prefered that they would have continued to stick with the manga.(would have been great to know there will be a season 2 too )
so i do really suggest to you to read the manga... espacially if you're curious about it continues ^^
