I read a manga about a man (seme, black hair) who almost dies.
He ends up in this mysterious house, where a male spirit (uke, red hair, pale skin) hosts him. The spirit gives him food, sex, and anything he wants. One dialogue line I remember: the man noting how the spirit is cold on the outside but burning up within.

Eventually, the man gets bored/frustrated and leaves. He wakes up again, back to reality.

Later on he dies again, and returns to he weird house. He re-encounters the spirit (I won't spoil the ending)

Moved to Yaoi/Yuri.
