Wondering if it is complete or not, since it says 2 volumes ongoing but complete in the scanlated section. Since you require a naver account and be 19 years old I can't see if there is a continuation after 51 chapters. Usually when you see another volume for webtoons it is another arc of the same story which is why I am wondering.

It means that all chapters are done but that the actual volume is not out yet. When the volume is out someone will change the Status in Country of Origin to 3 Volumes (Complete).

But isn't it kinda preemptive to put volume 2 ongoing if that said volume is not out yet?

"Volume 2 (Ongoing)" means that there are currently 2 volumes published and released with more to come. I'm confused by what you mean by "preemptive", because it would be preemptive if it said "Volume 3 (Complete)" and vol 3 wasn't even out yet.

I read GuttedGnome's comment wrong and read it like he said that the volume is not out yet, probably skimmed over the all the chapters are done part. Though does anyone know how far in the webtoon is with the 2nd volume?

The 2nd volume is out, the 3rd isn't which is why it says ongoing in parentheses. When the 3rd volume is out someone will, as I wrote before, change it to 3 Volumes (Complete).
Even a manhwa (digital or not) can have a chapter released weekly, monthly, bi-monthly etc... just like anything (like a manga) published mainly in magazines.
As for how far in. It is complete, meaning all chapters are done but not volumes. They just have to bundle up the already released chapters as a volume and release it. No idea how the release of webtoons works though.
