I'm looking for a manga I started reading a while ago.

I remember the girl (main character) fainted a lot and was losing her memories due to a disease (can't remember what disease it was), and I think she was in high school. oh and I also remember something about paper planes?. I think there was a teacher in it and he is her love interest
Sorry if none of that really helped but that is about all I can remember.
Any help will be appreciated!

Thank you! but it wasn't any of those and I have read Isshuukan Friends . I also forgot to add that it was a shougo manga.

I'm not really sure since I only saw 1 episode of anime a long time ago, but maybe Ef - A Fairy Tale of the Two? I remember something about a girl losing memory of the day once it was over and it has paper plains in tags, so..
