A boy is on a bridge and going to commit suicide when a man offers him something (money?)in return for his soul (maybe) then when he wakes up two women are fighting over - I think...

If i am not wrong is Onihime VS , the guy is offered a large sum of money for his heart/life since he was going to commit suicide anyway
