Well i am looking for this manga about a group of people with an unknown disease and the government froze them until they find a cure but when they wokeup they fond themselves srounded by monsters and its a female character lead i cant remember the rest please help me find it

sounds a lot like the anime Blue Gender, if i remember right there was a short manga done also.
