It's a yaoi about 2 stepbrothers? Not really sure, but the uke plays the piano at a bar/shop and sees his older brother he hasn't met for a long time, but his brother doesn't recognise him. They sleep together, and later the older brother finds out that he slept with his younger brother, but thinks his younger brother doesn't know who he is.
