I'm looking for a manga (or possibly anime or kdrama) with a scene where a guy kisses a girl and she faints. The two are the main leads and I think it was just after they realized their feelings for each other. There may or may not have been confessions. The guy's friends somehow find out and tease him about it.

It would be a shoujo, probably, since that's mostly what I read.

It's driving me nuts that I can't remember where this scene is from. Any help is appreciated.
