Hello! I am looking for someone who knows Korean to answer questions/check my edited machine translations. Lately I've been very into The Legendary Moonlight Sculptor (Novel), and as an experienced proofreader, I thought I could cobble together different machine translations to make a readable chapter!

My only problem is that there are some sentences in that none of the machine translators feel like translating properly.

입만 열면 나오는 노골적인 아부. 까다롭게 조건을 달거나 친밀도를 높일 필요는 없는지, 노 스티는 쉽게 말을 받아 주었다.

was translated as

Abu outright open bite out. Dalgeona tricky conditions is no need to increase intimacy, no words can easily take him tea.

and

Coming out of the Bay and explicit Abu. Picky does not necessarily improve conditions or even intimacy, mousty can easily take a horse.

and

Abu open mouth out vigorously. Dalgeona difficult conditions need to improve familiarity sure, no horse had stitches easily.

For the most part, I get a pretty good idea of what it's trying to say between three different translations. Sometimes, though, you get one of these sentences.

I'd also be looking for someone who could translate new territory names for me. The territories in Moonlight Sculptor (if you haven't read it) are along the lines of European myth/Fantasy. Niflheim, Rosenheim, Central Continent, Morata, that kind of thing.

Last of all, I'm looking for someone who will check to make sure that my corrections aren't too far off the original writing.

I'm happy to have someone do one or all of these jobs. This WILL NOT be a huge responsibility, it will basically be being available to chat on whatever form of messaging you like and answering my questions as I go through it. My main goal is to get LMS in a readable form so that people don't have to rely on the raw Google Translations, read a summary, or wait for the real translations. Since the translations are almost 30 novels behind, this is more of a quantity-rather-than-quality endeavor.

If you want to be more involved, that's more than welcome! I just want to let you know that it is not a true translator position, and doesn't have nearly as much involved. This might be good for a semi-retired translator, someone who wants to do something over the summer, or someone who wants to brush up for a real translator position.

As for me, I'm friendly, easy to get along with, and willing to work around you.
