I remember there was this comedy manga where main character was part of? was head of? was forced to? into this evil organization . I don't remember the name or precisely the plot but i remember it was very funny or even/almost a gag, how they tryed to be evil.

It's kinda like ratman but that's not it.... and it's not the second one.. =^^=
i think main character might have had the pointy teath like the one in soul eater, but i'm not sure of that.
and it was done by one of the 'ambient manga' scanlation groups like japanzai or easy going scans but i also do not remember whitch one was it.
