I've neglected my lists for a while and I can't find it at all.

From what I remember it starts off with the MC addressing a conference of men, later interrupted with the news of his wife's death to which the MC regards with no remorse, continuing his proceedings with shocking calm. As it was an arranged(?) marriage, there had been a much lack of love to start, the relationship not have even kindled something akin to the feeling of fondness and familiarity. Near the end of the chapter he sees a girl riding on a train, who he seems to recognize.
