I want advice on the best way to recruit staff. Should I list specific projects I need help on? Should I specify staff positions? Should I Just say that I Need help ? What should I do?

First, you need to provide your group's name and site.
Expand on what genres you work on, and what series you've done/doing now/interested in doing.
And of course add what you need help with.

If you need help on specific titles, then include them, too.
It's best to be as clear as possible about what you want.

The thread's title should include the group's name as well as the positions you're recruiting (or a generic "recruitment/recruiting"). Note that you cannot edit your thread's title. You'll have to contact a mod to do it for you.
