I found this picture while lurking around tumblr, and 1000+ notes later, I still can't find anything that would bring me closer to finding where the picture actually comes from.

It's not much to go on, I'm aware, but I appreciate whatever help I can get.

Apparently it's from "Heartbreak Happiness" by Hisasi. It's in Shoujo no Toge
