i've been learning chinese for almost three and a half years now and am slowly able to read chinese manga. My simplified chinese is good. My knowledge of traditional characters is still poorly, but i can look most of them up and it only takes longer for me to translate them.
I offer to translate a manga/manhua/webcomic to english to improve myself and at the same time do something for the community. I'll translate anything except pornographic and yaoi at a speed of one chapter every or every second week.
