You can check fanfictions on royalroad as well. There are some that are quite good

is heavily depicted as RPG-like with the levelling, but it's actual life for the character instead of a game.

"EC- by re:translations" i in the Vrmmo rpg genre.

"to aru ossan no vrmmo" (batoto)

"Slime tensei monogatari" is basically Re:monster with a slime instead of a goblin, and has a lighter undertone. you can find it at Re:translations

If you're looking for the rebirth thing, go for "Combat continent" -also known as Dolou Dalu, and soul land.(batoto)
