You forgot the category.

"Sexism at all is not tolerable."

I don't want to decide, because sexism is always wrong. Also sexism against male, trans, bi, cis ...

If sexism is all wrong, is there a point to specify that it includes males, trans, bis, etc...?

The ones that bothers me the most would be Patronizing and Female=Love Interest

I'm pretty sure that "Falling in love with their rapist" is not sexism but a psychological disorder named Stockholm Syndrome.

I fully agree on what user "anmo" said: You should hve included the option "Sexism at all is not tolerable"! Any form of it. Period.
To all who selected the last option "What? Sexism still exists?": You are the most sexist and dumb people on earth. Very probaby you're all males. Typical. Men are dumb. Indelible rule of the universe.

A call for "no sexism period" followed by a blatantly sexist rant...is this facetious, or just unintentionally ironic?

I don't know, but intentional or not it was hilarious, I honestly laughed out loud.

No, it is definitely a sexist view, because most of the manga I read with it in it (Shoujo) don't do it probably and do it to often to make it really count as the Stockholm Syndrome. Just the view in it self can be seen for some people as sexist. On average like 90% of people don't even show Stockholm Syndrom when you are in that kind of situation; you most likely going to show Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or some other disorders when this is happening to you.

Every single one of these responses make me want to punch (really beat up) the authour, but the one I really want to torment people for is "What? Sexism still exists?" This is a sexist trope in itself.

Sexual assault/rape portrayed as a joke
This bothers me A LOT! Especially in Harem genre.

Its really sick when you see a certain character touches women's breast/s or butt by "accident".

I just don't get why some Mangaka includes those kind of violence against women in real life when its completely opposite from what's in Manga or Anime.
To be honest enough, it's not fun sugar-coating those things in the media we love AT ALL.

My runner-up choice would be "Falling in love with their rapist."

because I mostly read yaoi I'm going to vote for something that's sexist against men. And that's the idea that if a guy gets raped that it doesn't really mean anything, and he should be able to easily get over it. I hate when they say things like "Well it's not like your a girl, so what does it matter if you were raped" or "at least it's not as bad as a girl getting raped". When it comes to rape, sex or gender doesn't matter. It's a serious matter that shouldn't just be brushed off or used as a joke.

yeah the rape and stuff options for sure...
but as I don't bother with manga containing this, the whole objectification issue bothers me way more ><

I don't get the "Girl solely exists to be a love interest" thing.
that would only work for manga that are not labeled romance because if one is and you are irked by a girl who is treatet as a love interest even though you could obviously expect that to happen... well...
this would also only work with male leads so that whole issue is mostly reduced to shounen (cause seinen are generally labeled romance even if here is only a minor romance part in there or the girls have some reason for being in the story), and that also coincides with my experience.

btw: one could probably say that all of us solely exist to be someone's love interest because reproduction and parental warmth/education (read: the family structure) is still somehow crucial for us (humans).

I admit though there are some examples where female "leads" degenerate into uselessness (I look at you Bleach and Flame of Recca), this almost always gets combined with the damsel trope making it even more annoying because why would you go against uber strong stuff to save useless people with the characteristics of some paper boat (plain, more than just floating with the current is impossible and the smallest ripple already endangers their life in some way)?

fangirls I find amusing because they are so unrealistic it's fun biggrin

For me it would be "Sexual assault/rape portrayed as a joke"...

a closer point to it was "Falling in love with their rapist"...what ? Aren't you reading Cross and Crime or. Sex Crime, if you've chosen this one...haha...haven't read it yet...and don't want either as the summary goes(by reviews and the caption etc.), only annoying thing happens I believe...not worthy...
Well, I'm in Shounen Mangas btw...^^

and I found "What? Sexism still exists?" as an very Nice and Cool, but, Naive point...^_~

I only wanted to show that it'd be less difficult to change the given female-oriented options to ones for both genders than it seems (no offense to all other gender identities intended). I didn't mean to provide more than a first draft.
