I forgot the name of this anime but I think its 2-3 years old. I remember it is a harem romance anime but in the end he chooses one girl. One of the girls is his cousin who lives with him and also his senior in school. His cousin I this is a blonde or white hair.

Found it. It was Da Capo III.
