I read this a long time ago, but it is a relationship between the uke and the seme's father on-off (i think) and then the seem would get jealous because he likes the uke, the uke and seem end up together after the father decides to break it off

The second manga is where the Seme cuts ukes pants (shorts) exposing his hard on and plays with the uke's nipple with the scissors( pretty dangerous)
