So i remember i read a manga around 2 years ago. Which means i don't remember much clearly~
I think it was based on a harlequin, but when i had read that, it didn't have that tag

Things i remember clearly
- The female protagonist was supposed to be very pretty
- She was in love with the male character (i think they dated??), but she broke her heart and she meets him after some years (i think there was something going on with another guy when they meet again)


Things i don't remember clearly
-I think she had red hair
- Male lead is rich (most probably)
-The story was in a big city in Australia (it had sth to do with Australia tbh, so i wouldn't be surprised if, for example her name was Sydney, oops)

I have no idea what exactly is the title but base on your description, I think it's a harlequin manga. Especially if the setting was from other countries. Try searching through the harlequin tag

The plot sounds kind of like We Are Still...!'s but I don't think the setting is Australia.

What I remember, was Secret Garden the group with password protected releases like you discribed. You should search their projects.
