I'm looking for a romance manga like The One or Ingueno or Perfect Girl 100%.

Glass Mask! If you don't mind the old art style, this is a fantastic read! If you hate the art style (as I did) you could watch the 2005 anime, which is phenomenal as well!
Ashita no Ousama is also very good.
Both of these series are more towards theater and theater tropes, but they do delve a bit in showbiz. Both are mostly acting, like Skip Beat.

actually the same author who wrote ingueno wrote another manga kinda like a spin off of it...
