I'm looking for a manga I can't remember the name of about a neet that moves into an old apartment building and discovers that a cute sexy ghost lives there. it's a comedy and borderline H as they are able to have sex if they are careful but has a serious side as well when you find out she committed suicide and a great scene where he is in danger and she forces her way past the barrier that keeps her in the apartment complex while suffering some pretty severe damage in the process.
