so i just suddenly remembered some part of this cliche manga, and i just curious what it's called. it's been bothering me for days! but i just can't remember

it's about married couple who's go on vacation (probably for honeymoon). they met some group of people there (i guess) and then there is this one girl that keep hitting on the husband (this girl has a bigger boobs than the MC) and interrupting their honeymoon (or so the MC thinks)
the MC got mad and then leave them, but then she got lost, and some foreigner suddenly approach her.
MC thought that she will get kidnapped but the husband came to the rescue (he can speak english fluently) and then the foreigner told the husband that he think his wife is a lost grade schooler, and he's just trying to help her.

yea. it's super cheesy (and somepart of me think that maybe i just mixed up several manga into a new one)

That sounds like it might be Itazura na Kiss (I've only watched the anime though)
