@Tobuay: First, it's a shoujo oneshot, so we all know the ending is girl-and-guy-get-together. Second, I thought by providing the plot it might help others by figuring out the name, because sometimes it's not easy finding a manga just based on one image (and Google Image Search doesn't turn up anything either).

Plus, there is always re-read value even when you know the basic plot. This is one area in which graphic novels excel over regular novels.

Yeah yeah... still doesn't change the fact that I have not read it.... didn't think I would get a spoiler here of all places.... Perhaps use your head and think about actually using the spoiler tag when you intend to spoil something...
