This manga was kind of sad.

It's a story about a girl whose had a longstanding crush on a classmate.
However, this classmate also had someone he liked, prompting the girl to keep her feelings to herself.
It was then revealed that the guy was dying, and he eventually dies.
The girl was filled with so much regret. One day, she finds his diary and for some reason
she goes back in time when the guy was still alive.
She decided to be brave enough and approached him.
They spent a lot of time together, which changed the course
of events, and eventually when she returned back in time and
read the guy's diary, the writings in the diary changed.
In his last entry, he reveals his feelings for her along with a sketch of the girl.
