It's an illustration by Kasai Ayumi.
She does a lot of those for magazines.

It's a random illustration by Kasai Ayumi. And for future reference you might want to check the website of the group first when looking up a recruitment picture. It took me like 5 minutes to go to the Dangerous Pleasure website, visit their gallery, and find the picture.
