I think it's rude to take SA away from DS and VK. They're working real hard on it and I think it's rude to just steal the project. Instead of taking it why not just HELP them instead? >_> Joints ftw.

That's not helping. That's called lack of patience. :3 And it's looked down upon most scanlation groups.

I very much doubt DS or VK would reject a joint offer. -_- I'm friends with some of the VK staff and from what I can tell, you haven't even talked to them nor asked about it. Help them if you want faster releases. HELP the group. How is making your own scans benefitting them in any way?

Making your own SA scanlations is like saying you don't appreciate their hard
work. -_-

Then you should WAIT for their reply first. Not waiting for their reply is NOT "I've already talked to them" or whatever BS you're trying to pull.

Basically taking the SA project is like saying you don't appreciate them. >__>; And yes, it is lack of patience. Scanlations take a fuckload of work, and VK/DS have other projects beside SA to worry about. They're doing this with no benefit to themselves, and if you steal their project, they'll get discouraged [did you know that when Tenshi-Tachi, people taking their projects was one of the reason?].

Okay, i changed my mind, this whole thing of Special A was actually not part of our project. We were doing this out of fun. Although i wanted to take Special A as our project, i was still waiting for their reply.

I never did say i didn't appreciated their scans, i really do. If i didn't i would of put up "i don't appreciated their scans i'm going to put some of mines up". I do know that scanlations take a fuckload of work. I thought i would take over their damn project because i thought it would somewhat benefit them to have one less projects to worry about. Hearing people say when is special a gonna come out, when's the next release, and so on..

--If you don't like okay, fine. I'm changing our project to My Prince-sama. Because at first i wasnt so sure about Special A. This was so we can have more members or so, and talk about a few projects. Would that make you feel any better towards what we're doing now? DD:

Sorry sweetheart, but that's not how things works. >_> People get annoyed if you take over their projects, not satisfied. If they don't want to be burdened by one more project, they drop it. End of story.

I think My Prince-sama is a good choice, seeing as it hasn't been released in ages. AND unlike VK and DS, the group that was doing it is unactive.

Which is exactly why you need to tell someone how scanlation groups work. :] You're ignorant, you learn. You're a newbie at something, you learn. All add up to the same thing. >_> How is it overreacting? I'm simply pointing out what it means. -w- Is that overreacting? Yeah, but the way you word things gives off the feeling that you're attacking them. You've done that in numerous posts in this thread, w/ the usage of phrases such as "Sorry sweetheart" to be sarcastic, or "whatever BS you're trying to pull" to just be insulting. Sure, the group's new, but from what it sounds like, they're trying to be reasonable w/ what they don't know about the ethics of becoming involved with scanlating and the scanlation community as a whole. There is a sense of logic that comes with why they tried to pick up the project, and I don't think it's worth the type of reprimanding that you think they supposedly deserve. If anything, it sounds like you're picking the fight first.
