I once read a Yaoi manga that I really liked, but I can't remember the title.

From what I remember, it's about a boy who falls in love with a older guy on vacation. The boy does not know how to confess so he asks his twin brother for help. His twin brother takes him to the village's witch and the three of them come up with a plan. The plan was they trick the older guy by making him think the boy was turned into a wolf to see how he felt about the boy. I only read like a few chapters so I really wanna see the rest.
