So, this is all based off of memory, but here goes. It is a one shot shoujo manga that may of been a story in an anthology. The main female is looking for a boy with a flower shaped (think it was a lotus) birthmark on his body. Not sure if this part is right, but I think she was told by a fortune teller or something that this boy was her fated love. She gets approached by this playboy guy who claims he has the birthmark, but turns out he is just sleezy and abusing the story about her looking for the fated guy. Turns out her male friend who has been by her side the entire time is the one (giant mark on his back) and that is about it lol. Any help would be awesome! Thanks in advance!
