I know it’s complete and it was set in college. I remember the uke knew the seme in high school but they never talked but then they went to uni and the seme talked to the uke. The seme was really popular in high school and uni and the uke ended up knowing a lot about him because the girl he liked liked the seme. The seme was also called ‘the prince’ or something like that. I also remember the seme having an S personality and he would tease the uke really bad. I also remember at one point, the seme told the uke he wanted to break up just because he wanted to see what kind of reaction the uke would have.
