Is there a comic you'd like to see made into a manga (meaning the art, mainly), or the other way around?

So this is something I've been thinking about, just for fun.
Manga has, for the most part, a very distinctive art that differs greatly from Western comics, so I got to thinking, is there any comic that I'd like to see drawn in a more "manga-fied" way?

And I don't mean to say that I don't enjoy comics, or that manga are better, but I have to admit that for the most part I like the art in manga better, it's just a matter of aesthetics for me.

Anyway, is there a comic out there you'd be curious to see drawn by a particular manga artist, in their natural style (so not trying to emulate the comic's art, just drawn how this particular manga artist draws)?

On the other hand, is there a manga you'd like to see "Westernized" by a particular artist/inker?

i think i would like to see alot of american comics being made in japan instead

sometimes or i should say...all the time
reading say Detective Comics forces you to read Batman, nightwing, wonderwoman, superman, robin, action comics and i dont know Green lantern?
coz money...so instead of buying one book each month we now have to pick up 5each month or we wont get the whole story
[making a joke here...some of these comics most likely does not exist anymore]

so having say a batman running each week with a minimum time to actually work on it and not just focus on building a world to milk money from would be a nice thing

and i really hate the constant change of "artsists" working on us comics today[last 20years]
i want consistancy
i want to recongnice the characters without having to actually look up their name when i go from issue 23 to 24

so i would say...i would like to happen to all american comics i like
give them to good writers/artist in japan and let their teams make it

I wouldn't mind seeing a manga version of Deadpool . The Udon comics version was pretty good. An anime version of Archie would be hilarious just for the hate it would receive due to excessive fanservice.

A manga of wonder woman may be interesting if only because I have seen a lot more interesting female characters out of manga and anime than I have seen out of American comics. DC has really screwed up a lot in general these past couple of years.

Then again, Marvel hasn't been a prize pig either. "Thordis" probably would have been handled better in anime/manga than the crap Disney/Marvel has done.
