Alright from mans perspective. He's talking about how he finds all women the same or that he thinks they all wear masks. Something to do with having to clean his sisters undergarments (bra's, panties maybe just bra's) and he said he feels something different with this girl. What manga is this from? Pretty sure it's shoujo. Thank you smile
