Hi all!
So I'm looking for this shoujo manga about this girl who breaks her senpai (or classmate) glasses by accidentally stepping on them and she has to become his "eyes" since they can't fix his glasses for a while. She and the guy spend time together and they fall in love, but one day when she is going to pick him up from his class, she overhears that the guy had fixed his glasses a while ago and he was still pretending that he couldn't see. Then the guy sees that she overheard him and his friends talking about it and runs after. She hides behind a curtain (i believe) and she can see that he's looking for her and she can tell he can't really see, so she decides to come out, but the guy finds her hiding behind the curtain and confesses that he only lied to spend more time with her.
And that's the all that I can remember, but I know for a fact it is NOT

I know exactly which oneshot you are talking about (for I also tried to find it a while ago) so I'm skimming through my lists to see where it might be. This is the 3rd time I've tried to find this....

Unfortunately I couldn't find it in my lists from just the description alone. Hopefully someone else knows it. 
The last time I found it I put a "Breaking Glasses" tag but it was removed. T_T
