You could try Ichi, Superior, and Kurohime, though the latter two are shounen and none are as good as Shin Angyo Onshi.

Maybe not seinen, but I think Monster Collection - Majuutsukai no Shoujo by Itoh Sei fits well with what the OP is looking for.
