HELPPPPP. I haven't been reading mangas for years now and I just remembered this shoujo manga I used to read but have long forgotten its title.

I only remember this one specific scene where female lead is being led away by male lead(?? i'm not sure if lead or 2nd lead) They were walking hand in hand and the female lead seems embarrassed or something. Then she was thinking in her head how she's been spoiled too much by this male character.

And that's it.

Well to narrow it down, it's shoujo, set in high school, and it couldn't have been newer than 2012. Since I think that's about the time I stopped reading new mangas.
