I read a one shot before about a girl who was one day visited by two strange kids. They just invited themselves into her house, drank tea, and gave her a lot of flowers in exchange. In the end, the gir remember that the kids a the spring spirit or something she used to meet as a kid.

Can anyone tell me the name of this manga?
