One of the Japanese digital manga distributors has gone "English".
Technically digital manga in this site have been "officially" translated into English. Actually, digital comics in Japan have experienced dramatic growth. Unlike Korean webtoons or Comico manga, digital manga still retain their tradition like being read right to left (while Korean webtoon reads up to bottom).
I checked and found that most of its manga have not been in the database yet. Do they satisfy the condition that enable them to be add to MU database?
Also, I found some genres from this site difficult to understand. What is a "Harlequin"? Why TL(Teen's Love which means Hentai for females. I would like to post another thread about this later) is translated as Love Manga?

Harlequin Enterprises is the wiki article you are looking for .... no .
And also this thread English releases by Renta. Most of the manga on the site should survive the submission process due to the length and / or the existence of an English translation.

Category Clarification (read the first post) may be of help too for later questions.
