Looking for a manga where the character is an androgynous woman preferably gay (doesn't matter though)
Similar to Sailor Uranus from Sailor moon or The Brand from Saga.

Claudine...! is the classic, I suppose.

There's Yuureitou as well, but in that case, the male MC ends up becoming the androgynous/cross-dressing female MC's boyfriend, so I suppose you could say she's straight.
