Hi, so i'm looking for a manga where the boyfriend takes the girlfriend for granted and dumps her.But later on he starts to miss her and regrets his actions.And no, i'm NOT looking for a manga like cappuccino where the guy cheats on her ._. Thankyou in advance

Makoto takes Saki for granted and that's one reason Madarame falls for her. She doesn't end up with Madarame sadly in that, but... Spotted Flower - This is unknown to be an actual sequel or alternate reality, but in this Saki breaks up with Makoto and married Madarame.

Orange Marmalade - it's a webtoon but it's rather shoujo-ish. Supernatural elements.
Aishiteruze Baby - it's kind of like that, but I don't remember if he actually breaks up with her or just comes to appreciate her more.
